Job Title: Millwright
Location: Austin, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Millwright to support the installation of industrial steel structures at an advanced manufacturing facility. This role involves assembling and securing a variety of steel frames and platforms that support high tech automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and secure steel structures used for:

  • Aerial transportation platforms

  • Electrical and control cabinet storage platforms

  • Laser room frames

  • Hoist frames

  • Frame lifts

• Read and interpret technical blueprints, layout plans, and installation instructions

• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and anchoring of steel components

• Work closely with project engineers and automation technicians to integrate structures with Automation systems

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at job sites

• Operate basic hand and power tools, and potentially cranes, hoists, or lifts if certified

• Perform quality checks to verify structural stability and installation accuracy

• Document work completed and report progress to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial steel structure installation or related field

• Ability to read technical drawings and structural schematics

• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards

• Comfortable working at heights and in active construction or manufacturing environments

• Certification in welding, rigging, or crane operation is a plus

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Must be able to pass site specific safety and background checks

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in automotive or automation equipment installation projects

• Familiarity with Automation systems or similar industrial automation technologies

Work Conditions:

• Full time, project-based role with potential for extended hours depending on project timelines

• PPE and site-specific training will be provided
